What this means
When you click a “Where to buy” or similar link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the merchant or its affiliate network. It costs you nothing extra.
How our links work
Many buy links point to addresses on this site that start with /go/. They redirect you to the merchant through an affiliate tracking link, so the merchant knows the visit came from us. After the redirect, the merchant and the affiliate network may set their own cookies on your device.
Does this affect our reviews?
No. Scores come from the scorecard described on the how we review page, and commission rates do not factor into them. We also say in each review when a link is an affiliate link, and we mark these links as sponsored.
Payments and free products
We do not accept payment to publish or alter a review. If we receive a free product, the review will state it.
Brand images
Product images shown in reviews belong to the brands. We use them to illustrate the products under the brands’ affiliate programmes.
